The front frames on Vue Lite can be treated like standard eyewear. That means your optician can treat the frames like they would any normal pair of glasses, and can make any adjustments to them they would like.
The legs of Vue Lite are non-adjustable. They are not meant to bend, and contain components like batteries, so the legs should not be heated under any circumstances.
With Vue Lite, we recommend removing and swapping lenses only with a trained optician. Removing or installing lenses yourself could scratch or otherwise damage the front frames.
When you take your frames to get fitted with lenses, please have the provider check out this page before they attempt to insert the lenses.
Vue is non-adjustable—so unlike traditional eyewear, Vue cannot be heated or bent into shape. Doing so can irreparably damage or break the frames.
The electronics in particular are not meant to bend. Vue also contains components like batteries, so the product should not be heated under any circumstances.
When removing the lenses, push the lenses out of the frames by pushing on the back side of the lens.
When inserting the lenses, start by inserting one of the corners of the lens into the grooves of the frames, then gently pressing the lens along its edges into the frame. See the video below for a demonstration.
