First, make sure the glasses are charged! If they aren't, put them in the charging case.
If the touch panel is not responding, or acting crazy with "phantom taps", causing music to play/pause unexpectedly or change tracks on its own, please try the following to restart the glasses:
1. Take off the glasses and fold the legs completely.
2. Wait for 5 seconds.
3. Unfold the legs, being sure not to touch the touch panel when unfolding. For the first few seconds the touch panel is calibrating and adjusting to the temperature/humidity of the environment, so it's important that your fingers aren't on the touch panel during this time.
4. Put the glasses back on.
If the above steps fail, try resetting the glasses.
